Bookings may be made by email, telephone, or letter. Bookings are held for 5 days to allow time for confirmation letter and deposit to arrive.

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per week is due to confirm the reservation.
The balance is required 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Sorry, we do not take credit cards.
Last minute and short stay visits will be payable in full on booking. Please telephone or email to enquire about short breaks.
Please inform us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday . If we are able to re-let the cottage for the same period your money will be repaid less the £50.00 deposit and an additional £20.00 administration charge. If we are unable to re-let the cottage, you will be liable for the full rent. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you should unforeseen circumstances lead you to cancel your holiday.
Bookings by persons under 18 years of age are not accepted.
The cottage is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Bed linen is provided, but not towels or tea-towels.
The visitor is liable for any breakages or damage to the property during their occupation.
Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
In general we do not accept pets. However, by arrangement, we may be prepared to accept a well behaved dog whose access to the cottage is restricted to the kitchen and which is kept on a lead in the grounds.
