  • Bookings may be made by email, telephone, or letter. Bookings are held for 5 days to allow time for confirmation letter and deposit to arrive. Please make cheques payable to Cath Abbott.

  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is due to confirm the reservation. The balance is required 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

  • Please inform us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday. If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday you will lose the £100 deposit. If you cancel within 6 weeks before the start of your holiday your money will be repaid less the £100 deposit and an additional £20 administration charge if we are able to re-let the cottage for the same period. If we are unable to re-let the cottage, you will be liable for the full rent. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you should unforeseen circumstances lead you to cancel your holiday.

  • Bookings by persons under 18 years of age are not accepted.

  • The cottage is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

  • Bed linen is provided, but not towels or tea-towels.

  • The visitor is liable for any breakages or damage to the property during their occupation.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

  • In general we do not accept pets. However, by arrangement, we may be prepared to accept a well behaved dog whose access to the cottage is restricted to the kitchen and which is kept on a lead in the grounds.

    Situated in the heart of West Wales in the Carmarthenshire countryside, with the lovely beaches of Cardigan Bay and Pembrokeshire in easy reach, Llainddu Farm Holiday Cottage commands superb views across the beautiful Teifi Valley and provides immediate access to fifteen acres of private woods and farmland, with farm walks and abundant wildlife. The tastefully restored and furnished cottage sleeps up to 7 people (cot also available on request).
